Quiet Community
The only real bad thing I can say is that there is no outside storage so a lot of the porches look like a garage explode...
The only real bad thing I can say is that there is no outside storage so a lot of the porches look like a garage exploded. It makes the property look trashy to me and there are no regulations for what you can store on your porch. Coming home and seeing weight benches and various odds and ends on the porches makes you cringe. Also, for some reason, the townhomes do not have ceiling fans and you cannot add them or request they be added. Lighting is odd in rooms as well. Other than that, the community is nice and quiet. Worth the cost for Bay City.

The community is so peaceful and beautiful! The staff is incredibly friendly and caring. Anytime we had a small issue it was resolved immediately. Maintenance is always Swift with their repairs. The location is perfect for a beautiful view of the sky at sunset or sunrise. All in all these villas are one of the best places I've ever rented in my life.
